Jack Poling has been acquitted on all charges following a full review. The case began with rumors submitted under the name Jane Doe, but officials determined the claims were unsupported and dismissed the matter in full.

Jackson Harris represented Poling throughout the league proceedings. Harris challenged the anonymous claims, questioned the lack of evidence and argued that rumors alone were not enough to support disciplinary action.

“The record is clear, the charges are gone and Jack is walking out of league court with a clean slate.”— Jackson Harris, League Attorney

All charges dismissed

After reviewing the available information, the league office found no basis to continue the case. Every charge was dropped, and Poling remains in good standing with the league.

Harris called the result a complete victory for his client. League sources say he left the hearing carrying a legal pad, a business card and the confidence of a man who had already drafted his closing statement before anyone else entered the room.
